Codewarp Privacy Statement

Protecting personal information is a core Codewarp value. This Privacy Statement outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Codewarp's websites, as well as some of the choices available to you regarding Codewarp's use of your personal information and the steps you can take to access this information and to request that we correct or delete it.

"Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

Codewarp abides by the safe harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union.

Online Surveys

We occasionally conduct online surveys to learn about your views on important software issues. We do not collect personally identifying information in these surveys. We use the survey data to improve our products, and may publicize the results as a public service.

Product Downloads and Online Store

If you download our products or purchase our products using our online store, we will use the personally identifying information you provide to provide technical support and communicate regularly with you. From time to time we will also offer you the opportunity to receive information about Codewarp products. We will not share your personally identifying information with third parties without your explicit permission.

We will use information submitted through our download and online store to analyze the characteristics of our customers, in order to improve our products. We will occasionally provide aggregated statistics about our customers in reports made available to them, to third parties, or to the general public. These reports will not identify individual Codewarp customers.


If you sign up for the Codewarp Newsletter, we will collect your email address to fulfill your request. We will not share your email address with third parties without your explicit permission.

Upon your first visit to Codewarp, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. If we cannot provide access within the 30-day period, we will tell you when we will provide access. Providing security for the personal information you submit via our website is a top priority for Codewarp. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for information you may provide on our forms.
